1. Respect for Intellectual Property
PriceHunti respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
2. Content on Our Site
Our Site aggregates product information, images, descriptions, and pricing data from third-party merchant data feeds. This content is used for the purpose of price comparison and is sourced under the terms of our affiliate and data feed agreements with merchants. If you believe that any content on our Site infringes your copyright, please follow the notification procedure below.
3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that content on our Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:

5. Counter-Notification

- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

6. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we will terminate the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
7. Good Faith
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed or disabled by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
